Terms of Service

Aerial Visum is a drone service run by an FAA Part 107 certified remote pilot based in South Texas and serving the Coastal Bend. By booking a flight, you agree to these terms.

Services

Real estate aerial photos and video, roof documentation, storm damage documentation, and construction progress documentation.

Turnaround

Photos are delivered within 24 hours of the flight. Video is delivered within 48 hours of the flight.

First Listing Shoot Free

One free standard aerial listing shoot per agent.

Weather, Safety, and FAA Airspace

Aerial Visum decides if conditions are safe to fly. If weather or safety issues come up, we reschedule at no charge. Some locations need FAA authorization first, and some can't be flown at all. We check airspace before every job and will tell you if a location is restricted.

Your Responsibilities

• Make sure we have access to the property and permission to fly over it. • Keep pets secured during the flight. • Move vehicles, trash cans, or clutter beforehand if you don't want them in the shots.

Cancellations

Cancel or reschedule free with 24 or more hours notice. A $50 trip fee applies if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, or if we arrive and can't access the site or fly because of an issue on your side.

Payment

We send invoices through Square. You can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or bank transfer. Standard real estate jobs are invoiced on delivery and due within 7 days. Larger jobs (multi-visit construction progress, large roof or commercial projects) and jobs over about $500 for new clients may require a 25–50% deposit to book. The balance is due on delivery. We may share previews first. Full-resolution files are released once the invoice is paid.

Image Use

Aerial Visum keeps the copyright to all photos and video. • Real estate clients get a license to use the images for the listing, on the brokerage website, on the MLS, in print, and on social media. • All other clients get a license to use the images for their own business purposes. We may use images in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us not to in writing.

Documentation, Not Inspections

Roof, storm damage, and construction images and reports are visual documentation only. They are not engineering inspections, structural assessments, or insurance adjustments. Talk to a licensed professional or your insurance adjuster for those.

Liability

Aerial Visum's liability for any job is limited to the amount you paid for that job.

Insurance

Aerial Visum carries liability insurance. We can issue a certificate of insurance (COI) on request. Email us with the details your property manager, client, or GC needs listed.

Privacy

Information you submit through our forms is used only to reply to you and provide our services. We don't sell it.
